Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Times All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If We experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship in conjunction with Parcel Force.

All deliveries within the UK will be made via Next Day Delivery.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

For UK shipping:

  • Flat Rate: £8.00 per order for items under 5kg

  • Heavier items (over 5kg): £13.99 per order

For International orders:

  • Europe: £18.99 per order

  • USA: £28.99 per order

  • All other countries: £36.99 per order

These are our standard shipping rates. Shipping rates may be adjusted for individual items.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Legends on Canvas is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs or taxes, are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages Legends on Canvas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You receive Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
