Legends on Canvas Returns Policy

At Legends on Canvas, we take pride in delivering high-quality, unique prints of legendary icons. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you have the right to request a replacement, repair, or full refund. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a free return. If an issue arises within six months of purchase, you may also be eligible for a repair or replacement.

Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind, you have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to notify us. Once you've informed us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item. We will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include:

  • Custom or personalised prints.
  • Prints that have been damaged after delivery.
  • Sale items, unless faulty.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact us at info@legendsoncanvas.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Securely package the item in its original condition.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided in our email response.

Refund Processing

We aim to process all returns within 14 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take additional time to process refunds.

Proof of Purchase

A proof of purchase is required for all returns. This may include a receipt, order confirmation, or a bank statement showing the transaction.
